Our goal is to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

We ship using the United States Postal Service. If you would like your order shipped by another carrier; or with express delivery; or require delivery outside the contiguous United States, please email us at customerservice@toddleressentials.com.
The current rate of 6% sales tax is charged only on orders shipped within the state of Connecticut.
Return policy: Within 14 days, an unopened (tie still intact) potty911® "kit" may be returned for money back. If you are not satisfied with the product, or find that the product was misrepresented, please contact us by email for return details. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
